Our lead trainer and caregiver, Lauren, has a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology and Animal Science. She has worked for the past twelve years in both domesticated and exotic animal care throughout the Northeast - as a former zoo keeper she has handled and cared for animals, big and small. She is highly detail oriented and as the owner of a dog and three cats, understands the frustrations, needs and fears of the pet owner who considers their animals family. She aims to provide you with the best possible service and make a difference in you and your pet's life.
